I do have a few years of employment history, but completely unrelated to my undergraduate degree. I started working during my studies and to this day I'm working in same place even after graduation.

Question 1: Since Canada rejects a lot of students based on course irrelevancy to previous education/employment history, can I just not include my work history at all?
Question 2: If I can't exclude my work history, which course should I choose for Masters, one related to my job or my education background ?

Do not lie or hide any material information on any visa application.

If you hide your employment history, how would you explain what you were doing in that period of time?

You should give the same information in any future visa application to any other country.
