HCCP 2023, outside Canada, Paper based Application Timelines

Can the 2023 HCCP paper based (alternate format) applicants share their timelines here.

Mine is as below:
January 11, 2023: Application Received at IRCC
August 08, 2023: Letter Recd. Application Rejected due to sec 10&11 of IRCC, can resubmit again.
August 08, 2023: Requested reconsideration.
August 14, 2023: Received AOR and missing documents letter with 14 days timeline.
August 25, 2023: requested documents uploaded through Webform.
Biometrics already on file due to a previous TRV application.

why was is rejected and how did you requested them for reconsideration ?

Where did you send it? Did you get any letter from IRCC for your application? Thank you

I sent the email to IRCC requesting approval to use the alternate means i.e. paper based application to apply. IRCC sent the link to the paper forms in its response next day. I included that email with the paper file.

why was is rejected and how did you requested them for reconsideration ?

It was returned not rejected. The reason provided was that it does not meet the section so and so of IRCC act or regulations.
The missing documents were mentioned as a comment on the scanned copy of checklist, the comment has full name of the person who made the comment. Googled that name, found a linked in profile. Sent email to that firstname.lastname@cic.gc.ca for reconsideration and cc to the address from where that email originated.
the birth certificates, i.e. matriculation certificates from India were provided in the file. Explained that and directed that to page no so file name.
rec’d AOR next Tuesday, after a week.
