one of my friends sent an email on the 24th August and still awaiting a reply. Anyone who received portal 1 from Etobicoke VO can you please update your timelines.

I am still waiting for portal 1 email with credentials to login.

Hopefully - they have already seemed to slow down. Earlier this same office used to send portal login in one or two days. Fingers crossed. Spoke to the call centre here - they said they have no timelines - they can send portal login in whenever they wish. lol

Takes forever for the Montreal office. They should just close down that office.
