WES Status In-Progress to On Hold Due to Missing Information

Hello everyone,

My wife received an email from WES stating that they are missing information regarding her studies during the first year of her BCA program at Savitribai Phule University. I have already submitted all the necessary documents on her behalf. If anyone has encountered a similar issue and successfully resolved it, please share your guidance on the next steps to take. Below response from WES:


Reason: The document received only contains a partial record of your study program. Subjects taken and grades earned for part of the study were not included. We are missing information on study completed during the 1st year of your program.

Instructions: Please ask your institution to send WES a complete document that lists all subjects taken and grades earned for each year of the program according to the requirements for your country of education. This document should be sent in a sealed envelope that is stamped on the back flap by the appropriate official. Your institution may be able to send your documents electronically to WES, please review the required document page and follow the instructions. If you have already contacted your institution, you do not need to take further action.

So did she follow the instructions? The school has sent the correct documents? If so she waits.

She diligently followed all instructions and submitted all required documents/Marksheets to the University. However, we cannot confirm whether the university shared all her mark sheets with the transcript, as the envelope containing the transcript cannot be opened.

So you need to contact the university because WES says that only a partial record was sent. Find out what the university sent and then ask them to follow WES instructions. The instructions are there.
