Oh oh. I think its good. Means they are looking at your file. They haven't forgotten you. My only GU was July 21 but you have had 2 since then. But I can imagine the disappointment when you scroll down and see nothing. Very soon we will be cleared.

It's frustrating honestly, raise a webform that maybe wakes them up.

It is frustrating because I kinda expected an actual update!

Congratulations! And thank you for providing the details. I would get worried if I was waiting for 30 minutes to be admitted into the call. But now we'll know when it is time for us to take the oath.

Even I was a bit worried, but they have chat enabled at the admission screen and the IRCC webhost kept posting messages every few mins for people to be patient. I was also number of #130th or something, so I wasn't surprised it took 30 mins.

Please Follow my timeline .. I still have Background check & LPP in process & had 3 ghost update Aug 30,2023 (yesterday) but nothing change on tracker yet. Can I expect any written update on tracker soon?

According to my GCMS notes, they haven't touched my application after BG was completed. Not sure if requesting GCMS notes reminded them of my application but I find it hard to believe that it's just a coincidence that they sent a test invite so soon after I received them.

I think the test invite you received after you requested GCMS notes was just a coincidence. At least three people who applied in May who were stuck after the "background verified" stage since June and July got test invites today for the same test window, all from the Niagara office. It seems less likely requesting GCMS notes made a difference and more likely that the Niagara Office offers test invites in batches, and unfortunately you had to wait longer until the next batch of test invites.

The Niagara office seems slower than other offices. Especially compared to the Vancouver office.

Good for her, they most likely try to find a date!!! I had two GU’s two days apart and nothing! That’s just ridiculous with the ghost updates! Ppl’s hopes are getting messed with

It's $5. So, definitely not a money grab. Gives really detailed information on when your application has been touched and what notes the agent made. However, the information is generally not up to date and could be from a few days before you actually receive the notes. They are required to respond to your request within 30 days but could take more than 30 days in rare cases.
