@Donald15 I just realized that Donald wants to submit an online application. I thought he had received his AIP because I didn't read his comment. The photos need to be scanned on both sides, and you need to put the details of each applicant behind the photo. You should upload it like the other documents, but I'm not exactly sure how because my lawyer handled that!
What do you mean by exemption and how do you know .Can you please explain more
No , I don’t have kids.I have medical condition going on so they give me exemption.
The exemption was written on the AIP letter. They just asked for medical,PCC,RPRF to submit within 30 days and it was written they don’t need financial support information as minister also gave me exemption A39.
I already submitted all the documents upfront so my lawyer notified Niagra office about documents being submitted upfront.They confirmed it and medical got passed just after 4 days after receiving AIP.
It’s not important to get this exemption.It is just for applicants who are not able to financially support themselves for the short time due to any medical condition.
Our work permit was expired because our lawyer at the time misinformed us that we couldn't renew it as a failed Refugee. After my husband was detained by cbsa he was told to stop working by the judge that granted him bail as for me I was in a car accident and couldn't return to work. That is why the exemption was granted.
I see someone posted that they received the exemption because they were recieving social assistance .
No, it doesn’t .H&C applications are processed differently for every case file.It depends on your arguments as well backed up with facts and proofs.Every application is different and varies on the officer as well.
It depends on application and discretion of officer handling the application.
It depends on what those medical conditions are and if it will put a strain on the healthcare system.
