You can raise a webform. As mentioned because IRCC asked for ADRs then no one can tell you processing times. Can take many months for IRCC to review ADRs. What is your status when you log in? Yes.they started review on july 19th.ADR review last status,I was attached minister of parliament letter.Will it cause any problem?You can raise a webform.
