Can I apply for Visitor Visa for Spouse and Sibling together as a Group in new IRCC portal ?

Hi, I want to apply for visitor visa for my spouse (Dual Intent as she already has a PR in progress) and Sister to visit me under family reunification. Can I apply for both of them as a group in the new IRCC portal or I need to apply for them separately (Not in a Group)
