My application tracker is outdated and the date its showing is April 8th 2023 with no updates after the citizenship test which was given on April 6th 2023. What should I do?

Hope you guys are doing well. I have been reading all of your post since I applied.
here is my timeline:
Type: Online
Location: Mississauga
Application submitted: 12th Feb 2023
AOR: 2 Mar 2023
Background complete: 30 March 2023
Test invite: 25 March 2023
Test given: 31 March 2023
last profile update: 20th April 2023
after this there is no update. While I was submitting my test results I had a technical problem so I don’t know my results, I’ve been trying to contact them since 3 months, I am not getting any response.
After 15 emails and webform I got my GCMS notes. In my GCMS ( can someone explain me why under section knowledge it says “cancelled” ) if you guys can help me out that will be huge help.

Does anyone have any timelines on how long it takes to receive the paper certificate vs. e-certificate ?
It seems like I had chosen Paper Certificate in my application. I am currently scheduled for Oath Ceremony on September 21st but I have work travel plans on Sep 29th. Im not sure if the paper certificate will arrive on time to get my passport by the 29th and also not sure how (and even if) I can change to e-certificate at this point in time.
Anyone have any suggestions/ideas?
