thanks for to the point question, I never checked application tracker WebApp.

Here is the result, I am surprised to see they have not even finished the Biometrics yet. I provided my fingerprints in 2020, before coming to Canada.

<a href="https://ibb.co/0Ddh3DJ">app-statues

I managed to talk to an agent today. (For you who are inland, if you call 888 242-2100 and go through couple of selections, eventually you can leave your number and ask IRCC to call you back)
The agent told me that my processing time has way exceeded the average and she started an internal process and asked main office to check documents and update our case in system or contact us.
I will post once I got news.

Yeah, tho we got 2 pprs this week from last week's final decision. but other than that, nothing. no new final decisions and still have about 2 - 3 people with final decision still waiting for ppr. so yeah, it is a drag
Maybe they are waiting for all march applications to get a final decision before sending PPRs to everyone at once! At least that's what I hope...

I just hope to God they are not actually delaying it to increase the average processing time. That would be a bummer.
Maybe March folks should consider giving them a call in the following week if there is no movement, since most of you guys already passed the 5 month mark :(

Your post on which page please, how do I find it?
I just want to write this to help anyone in this situation because it helped me. Since Jan 2023, my tracker showed all complete and COPR generated. However I kept waiting for portal email. I called IRCC and they just said to keep waiting. MY GCMS notes also said application approved. Yesterday, after waiting for 7 months, I dug around on this forum for help and someone said they emailed the portal emails and they got their RFV email the next day. So yesterday I emailed the portal emails explaining my situation and this morning I got my RFV email!!
Here are the emails in case anyone comes across this and needs help. I have been in that situation where the wait seems like something is wrong and not adding up.

IRCC.ClientPortalPrairies-PrairiesClientPortail.IRCC@cic.gc.ca
IRCC.ClientPortalOntario-OntarioClientPortail.IRCC@cic.gc.ca
IRCC.ClientPortalEast-EstClientPortail.IRCC@cic.gc.ca
IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca
CIC-Edmonton@cic.gc.ca
I even raised a web form with screenshots of my GCMS notes and tracker.

I don't know which email/webform did the trick but there you go.

I want to thank everyone on this forum who has been super helpful throughout this whole process and saved me thousands of dollars in lawyer fees. Thank you to everyone here sincerely from the depth of my heart. I wish you all the most luck and more importantly please don't leave it to luck. Reach out to them, email them if you have been waiting after all your stages have passed. I would caution you to not spam these emails so that people who genuinely have all their stages passed and are waiting for the COPR can get through.

Thank you for the information. However, all the automated responses claim they do not respond to unsolicited messages. Are those the same responses you got when you used these addresses?

Congratulations! That response time for the PPR is actually pretty incredible. Seems like they had forgotten about your file and got things going as soon as you sent those emails.

I wonder if it could somehow work for FSW outlanders as well. Guess this is something you March AORs can try your luck at next week if you don't hear anything?

Sorry to say
No progress except for couple of PPRs for people who already had final decision from last week.
Nothing to do about it.. just keep optimistic that they will restart next week.. at least half of March is “done”.. they only need to finish the last 15 days.
Have a nice weekend all, without too much worries about it!

Many congratulations and I have been able to call them as you suggested. Agent confirmed nothing pending and since it is well in their TAT so need to wait. Just checking, is it worth sending emails as I am May AOR with all stages completed over a month now. Please suggest and if you could share what you wrote, would be helpful (Can DM).
Thanks for the help!!

Hello, I'm not so sure about emailing them when your application is still within the processing time. However, there's no harm in trying.

Please find a sample of the email I sent below.

APPLICATION PAST PROCESSING TIME WHILE ALL STAGES HAVE BEEN COMPLETED

Dear Sir/Madam,

I trust this email finds you well.
I am (Your Name), (Sex) from (Your Country).

I had on 28th December, 2022 applied for Permanent Residence under the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP). The current processing time for AIP applications is 6 months, however, my application has now been in processing for about 8 months.

I have reached out to IRCC via several webforms, emails, as well as by calling the call center agents. The agents have all consistently affirmed that all the necessary stages have been completed, with one agent in particular categorically informing me that my application was approved. Unfortunately, none of them seem to be able to explain the reason for the delay in issuing the final Passport Request email.

I have had an update on my GCKey account now for almost three months reading:

"Latest Update:
Final Decision-
April 3, 2023: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made."

IRCC had issued a medical exam request to my dependents and I on 3rd March 2023, which we all since passed on 29th March, 2023. An 'Invitation to Pre-Arrival Services' letter was also issued to my spouse and I as far back as on 4th March, 2023.

Furthermore, all correspondences from IRCC have indicated that they have all the information they need and that no additional documents are currently required to make a final decision regarding my application. The agents equally acknowledged that the processing of my application is past the normal processing time IRCC set for finalizing Atlantic Immigration Program applications.

I was wondering if your office could help intervene and look into this matter that has severely caused my family and I immense distress these past few months.

Please find below also relevant details of my application that your office may require:

AIP PERMANENT RESIDENCE APPLICATION:

Application date: 2022/December/28

Acknowledgement of Receipt Date: 2023/February/01

Full Name (as shown on my passport):
Surname:
First Name:

Passport Number:

Application Number:

UCI:

Email used for the application:

My Phone Number (used for the application):

Medical Exam Request Date: 2023/March/03

Invitation to Pre-Arrival Services letter Issue Date: 2023/March/04

Date of Medical Examination: 2023/March/21

Date of Medical Result Update to 'Pass': 2023/March/29

I look forward to your kind intervention on this matter. Thank you.

Yours Sincerely,

Your Name
