E-certificate not available still 11 days after oath and signed oath form

Hello,

Montreal office - anyone with Oath Aug10/Aug11 that still waiting for e-certificate???

anyone waited for ecertificate for over 10days??? I’m on the 11th days and im seriously freaking out. Call center not answering or has no info, sent 2 webforms, 6 emails (2 just today)but no answer and no ecertificate!!!! I created my account already in the portal and i check but ecertificate not yet available. I sent signed oath email after oath already and resent it 2 times.
Anyone has any insight or had similar experience??

Yeees i got it Tuesday morning, i got the email instructions, logged in and it was there
