Yes your application has passed completeness stage . The letter you got is your AOR . Try to link to online tracker and do biometrics asap.

Although it is not clear enough if the ADR you mentioned was not reviewed or even received by IRCC. And whether you have submitted your ADR through the GC key account or through a webform.However, let me clarify that after uploading an additional document through the GC key account, you should get confirmation that your documents are uploaded successfully. And after 1 day or more, you should get an email from IRCC confirming that such documents were received and added to your application. Then later your GC key account will show the date when your additional document start being reviewed.Hi, I submitted my ADR in May 2023, till now it has not been reviewed
In fact, there were a lot of errors regarding this process in the past but nowadays it start running more smoothly.
Since this ADR is from May, I would recommend you call IRCC and ask about the subject. If the ADR is not received by them, I believe you should resend it through a webform and try to attach some evidences that you have done your part and submitted those documents on time when they were requested.

I applied through a representative and they linked the application to their account on gckey.
However, on this application tracker, I am not able to create an account even though I'm putting in all the correct information. Only my representative can make an account on the status tracker?

I am getting this error, I selected the principal applicant option, not the representative one.
"Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet."
I submitted the ADR in May through Webform and after approximately 1 week I got an acknowledgement. I ordered the GCMS notes on 7th July 2023 and only on the 13th July that my GC key updated and showed that "We have received the additional documents you provided". Since 13th July I have not receive any update. I called the IRCC few times before and and they confirmed the receipt of my documents. Well, I do not understand why my additional documents were not added to my application file since I have submitted them months ago. Also the fact that I ordered the GCMS notes has triggered an officer to update my GCkey bothers me. I feel that my application has landed with an inefficient officer because even the ADR was not communicated to me on time.
Let me clarify, I got AOR on 3rd of March 2023, and when I linked my application to the GC key under Additional documents it said " We need additional....." I called the IRCC on the 15th of March, the agent told me that I am withing processing times and my ADR will follow. After 2 months, i.e on the 4th May I called IRCC again , the agent told me an ADR was sent to me on the 3rd March itself. The agent put a note and the next day I received my ADR through mail which I responded on the same day (5th May ).
Hopefully, the officer will review my additional documentation soon. I am keeping an eye on my GCKey for an update. I feel that there is a need for me to order the GCMS notes every 2 months or so to monitor the progress on my file.
Note that it may take a few days before you are actually able to create an account. I happened to me as well. Try it in like 4-5 days, because it takes some time for your file to actually show on their system.Thank you
No need to worry since they already confirm receiving your additional documents. And no need to take a bad feeling that your application is not processing. Believe me there is no rule at all. They might keep seeing no updates and suddenly surprised to receive medical request and PAL together and after some time your portal.
I am not sure if you receive your GCMS report or not yet. But if there is any movement on your eligibility or background checks, it is a good sign that your application is being processed.

I received my notes already, as per assessments, eligibility and security not started yet. But there is Additional note(not dated) left by the by the Officer File forwarded to Ready For Eval-CT.
