Hi All,

I have applied for RNIP PR file in federal and did not received file no yet. Now my employer ownership is about to change and it might possible that new employer don't want to continue with existing employees. In that case what should I do as I already submitted my PR file in federal.

If you do not have a job under the business then the Job offer given by the business will be considered VOID, thus EDO has the right to nullify your Recommendation Letter, and the officer will inform IRCC to not proceed with your application.

However, if you are in land it would be easy for you to look for another job, and then apply for new recommendation letter. I wish you good luck.

I have a question. Are there any of you or of someone you may know who had applied from outside of Canada and their employer changed their mind/stopped waiting since it takes so long for the immigration. Is it automatically a "no" for PR or there are ways of changing an employer or it's not an issue at all as you are already having a community recommendation? It's not the case for me, but who knows how long it's going to take and what problems i may face

I did not have to do a medical when I first came to Canada as I was on an IEC visa. So I did one instead recently, right around when I applied for PR.
