which stream to choose if no stream is mentioned in interest letter

I received Express Entry Provincial/Territorial Interest Letter , but there is no stream specified.
I dont have a job offer in Ontario, which stream should I apply ?? I see HCP to be the closest to my interest, but there is no draw related to HCP on 15th of Aug. How do I know for which stream I have received Interest letter ??

Seems OINP hasnt updated details about HCP draw on 15th Aug. What is your CRS and NOC ? also did you apply for EOI on OINP website anytime ?

Yeah that's what I am confused about. Coz I don't see any hcp draw yesterday or today.
My score is 480 and noc 21231.
I just created EE profile , never applied for eoi
