Hello,
i got my PR thru H&C but before that I applied for refugee and it was denied from everywhere in refugee board. It’s been more than 2 years I received my PR. Could you please help me know when i can apply for citizenship. Am I eligible to apply after 2 years i got my PR or i need to wait 3 years. Also as i got PR thru h&c can i visit back home also in USA

If you was temporary resident or protected person for two years or more before getting PR so you are able to apply now for citizenship...
If you was out of status or asylum seeker so you have to wait for three years after getting PR (COPR)
do not count the time spent outside of Canada

So if refugee claim was denied and still if we had work permit and we work those days will not count.
Also from the day we apply for H&C they don’t count those days for citizenship

No.
Work permit don't gives asylum applicants or failed asylum seekers a status, it's just a legal document to work in Canada. (The same for study permit)

Hi- if you read carefully you're suppose to reply to the email
1. Copy and paste the questions
2. Put your answers beside them
3. Send it to the ircc portal email that it came from.

Yes put their information...so if it's 5 of you that are on the application you need to do for each person. Also put the same email address for everyone
