Question about "city where you sign"

Hello All,
I have a question about “city where you sign” on online application. I live in Mississauga, ON. However I am now having vacation in Vancouver. Will there be a problem if I “sign in Vancouver”? I just realized it may be a concern after I submitted the application, and I also made a stupid mistake only mentioned "Vancouver", not "Richmond, BC" in more details. Maybe the officer will wonder why I sign in different city while I declared myself living in another city.

You should sign in the city you live permanently. That time I was in Bali for vacation but I signed in Edmonton as I lived there
