IELTS certificate

does IRCC require a scan of the physical IELTS certificate ( general) cause I lost it but I have access to my British counsel Portal what should I do?

They don’t officially require it but they ask for the number. Many people do include a scanned copy of it in their application but it’s not a hard requirement.

You mean the result page from the British counsel website ?

I took exam from idp and they had an option to download the result page in pdf. I would suggest to scan the hard copy you got in your email and attach it to the application for being safe

unfortunately I took it with British counsel they don't have this option they only show the result online with one hardcopy, but it is lost

I kinda remember you can pay to get additional hardcopies. Maybe that's a safer option.
