I didn't. I thought about it, but I doubt they give it to me as i'm Russian. And in Chile where I live at the moment the wait line for Canadian visa is 24 weeks, makes no sense

I applied from outside Canada
December 19th - Submitted my Application January 5th - AOR
March 10th - ADR (RPRF) + Medical passed May 12th - ghost update 1
June 1st - ghost update 2
June 27th - Ready for visa letter
I will send passports to the closest VFS
I hope that all in this thread will get approvals soon
I am outland applicant.
Got community recommendation in Dec 2nd week.
My submission to ircc was in Feb 1st week.
Got AOR & BIL in April 2nd week.
Biometrics done in April 3rd week.
Work permit applied in March 1st week.( No updates till now for work permit application).
They sent medical request by email in may 2nd week but I never got it so after waiting for a long time finally decide to call ircc in Aug first week & they told me that they already sent a medical request in may 2nd week. So, I requested them to send it again and they sent me next day & this time i got it. Now my medical is done.( No updates in GCkey till now since submission).
Great that they have resent the medical request..hope you have seen my timeline too..just update me also about any progress

I have also similar case. My community officer told me that they send me pre-arrival email in June, however I haven't received any email neither any update in GCKey.
I am trying to contact IRCC but couldn't contact.

08 Nov 2022 - PR file submitted
29 Nov 2022 - AOR and BIL received
02 Dec 2022 - Biometrics done
29 Dec 2022 - Medical request
03 Jan 2023 - ADR received. Deadline to provide all requested documents was 04 Mar 2023
12 Jan 2023 - Medical updated in GCKey
03 Mar 2023 - Provided all documents through GCKey
08 Mar 2023 - Documents received. Updated in GCKey
Now latest status in GCKey is,
Final Decision - March 8, 2023: Your application is in progrss. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.
However, I haven't received any updated afterwards.
So, I inquire with IRCC through WEBFORM. But no luck. I received same generalized response that, We are facing too many inquiries. You will receive a response once finalized your application or if we need more documents.
Hence, My employer contacted community officer to inquire with IRCC.
Community officer inquired with IRCC in May 2023, and she replied that our PR application is almost finalized and we will received CoPR very soon.
Aug 2023 - I haven't received any update yet. So community officer again inquired with IRCC. This time she was informed that Pre Arrival email was generated but cancelled somehow.
After these much inquiries, I have received nothing. If IRCC had finalized my application than they are supposed to send me an email or update in GCKey.
Community officers keep saying that your application has already finalized and you should have received CoPR. But I haven't.
