Hi i am PR here. And divorced . I want to know if I marry again is he is eligible for PR WITH IN CANADA ? He is on work visa right now . How long it will take to him to get his residence with me .

I don't think anyone here can give you a definite answer as to how long it will take him to get PR. Applications can be returned incomplete or refused.

No i want to know that after marrying him , am i eligible to sponsor my second for canadas PR as he is already here . Or i had wait ?

In that case you are free to sponsor a new spouse.
