Status hasn't been changed to approve

Hello everyone,
I have received ppr on 15th may and collected my passport on 2nd june. But since then the status in my application hasn't been changed to approve neither received POE/Letter of introduction. I have aise webform regarding this issue almost a month ago but got no response. I have a flight in 3 weeks. What can be done in this situation? Your suggestion will be helpful.

First I have raised a webform, i was worried because i haven't receive a response from it. Then i called high comission they told me you can travel without POE you won't face any problem. i have mailed them several times for delayed poe, but got response to contact them visa webform which i did already.
At last my friend gave me guidance and i mailed them attaching my ticket. Within 2 days I received my POE. It took m nearly 1.5 months. I can give you format of mail if you need.

you are so kind. thank you so much if you can share your format of mail. how did you mail your ticket? through webform?
