citizenship application returned

Hi,
I got my citizenship application returned because "you didn't provide the city where you signed the application" But actually I clearly did and also got the confirmation that I signed successfully. Furthermore I downloaded the application confirmation which also clearly mentioned the city. Anybody had the same experience?expirience

I resubmitted. But when you said that a Webform can be sent to them, it would be interesting to know how exactly would that work? There is no email address where you can contact them to complain about things like that. Not that I know. Thank you.
