Rejected overseas sponsorship application

I submitted my application through the online portal on May 2023. And tifay I received a letter saying my application was rejected for the following reason:

Consent and Declaration

If the principal applicant is 18 years of age or older. They must sign their own forms.

Please let me know what it means.

It sounds like the forms did not have the right signatures. Maybe the sponsor signed forms the applicant was supposed to sign?
