Hello Everyone, I really need help of respected experts members to help me in my case.
I had three study permit refusals in 2011 and two visitor visa refusals in 2019. After that I have one refusal for PR APPLICATION UNDER EXPRESS ENTRY federal skilled worker in Feb 2020 due to the reason that officer was not satisfied with my settlement funds.
Now my wife is on Study permit in canada since 4 months. If I apply my Spouse open work permit application. Will my previous refusals have negative impact on my this application.
I have never used false information in any of my application. Its been 3.5 years since my last refusal.

Yes, previous refusals will have a negative impact. Make sure you declare every refusal in your open work permit.

Multiple past refusals work against you because they demonstrate you have a strong desire to move to Canada and make IRCC think you have plans on remaining her long term. To be approved for a spousal open work permit, you must show that you have strong ties to your home country and have no plans on remaining in Canada long term. This will be more challenging for you to do since your spouse is already in Canada and you have multiple previous refusals, including a PR application refusal.

I don't have any experiences with immigration lawyers or consultants and cannot recommend anyone to you.
