I am living in the Czech Republic and working as a software developer. how can I show that I have strong ties and I will return back after my studies?

You can obtain a letter from your employer in the Czech Republic stating they will continue to employ you once you return and explaining why the program you plan to take in Canada will be a benefit for your role in the Czech Republic.

If you happen to own any property there (or in your home country), you can also show this.

You'll also want to make sure your planned studies in Canada make sense in light of your previous education and work experience and show a strong progression of studies. And of course you'll want to show strong savings to fund your education and living expenses in Canada.
