Forget to sign sections A and B in form 5645

HI guys
I submitted my forms and did bio metric 50 days ago.
Now unfortunately I find out I didn't sign below of section A and section B in form 5645 and I only Signed below of section c
What can I do?Do I edit my form and send by web form?
have anybody had same experiences yet?

That is about the only thing you can do right now. Send it and add a LOE. Hopefully it will catch up with your app before the file starts getting reviewed.
