Its visit visa. Cancelled my flight ticket last minutes. Passport submitted on 10th July in VFS Dubai...no news..couldn't travel home country for urgent thing. Parents got their visa in India within 10 days. Here it is pathetic. what to do..

apparently there is a delay in Abu dhabi, as per my rep. Can't say for sure

I submitted my husband and son's passports on 13th July and was received at IRCC Abu Dhabi on 14th July, im not getting any message so far. I cancelled our flight which was supposedly yesterday. I really dunno what's the timeline is.

In my case 8 months ago it was only 3 days.

Just got an sms and email 8:37 am today:

Visa application, tracking ID No. ************Your processed decision envelope has been dispatched from the IRCC Office, on Thu Aug 03 2023 and is on transit to the Canada Visa Application Centre in Abu Dhabi.

Does anyone sent passport for work visa stamping from outside Abu Dhabi in recent days, if so please share the timeline. I had submitted my passport through VFS on 20th July, 25th July received by IRCC Abu Dhabi, since then no update.

Has any one in Dubai recently submitted their passport for Canada passport stamp. via VFS global. I just want to know usual timeline in Dubai to get the passport back . Its used to be 2 week but I heard for some of them its getting delayed. So just want to know timeline in Dubai or any other region

Did you apply for work permit?? is yes how long did it took to get it bc u heard it takes long time from dubai

hello everyone, I applied for work permit, sent to VFS Abu Dhabi on july 21 and IRCC Abu Dhabi received my passport on july 24, is the majority of people receiving the SMS update by 21 days?

hello, we have quite the same scenario, i submitted my passport at VFS Abu Dhabi on July 21 and received/under process at IRCC Office Abu Dhabi on July 24, 11th day today since my passport was received at IRCC, i will update you once there are any changes, as i read through the thread in here, it takes approximately 21 days until the visa is stamped
