Hi Melvin,
Hope you are doing well.
Great to know the issue was resolved for you. :)

I'm also sailing in the same boat. :(
I received SINP nomination email few days back and on 2-Jun-2023, I received 2 emails from IRCC stating there's new message.

1. One message had SINP nomination.
2. Second stated my profile ineligible.

I can see SINP nomination but unable to accept it on IRCC account. I'm unable to edit express entry profile too. :(

I emailed SINP and they suggested to raise webform. I did the same. No response yet, may be due to Sat-Sun.

Someone in the forum mentioned to create new express entry profile. I see two issues with it:
A. The time to enter pool will change from last year 2022 to current Jun-2023.
B. Also, the express entry profile number will change and nomination letter will have old number.

Please suggest what should be done.
If feasible, please share your solution that helped you.

Please help

Thanks

Hi did you get any solution to this? I encountered the same issues after receiving my nomination yesterday from MPNP. and i was made to understand that the issue occurred because IRCC upgraded the proof of fund requirements.

Please any update concerning your own??

Greetings everyone here!

I got my nomination letter yesterday.

Please, I need your expertise on my current situation, I Applied for Manitoba PNP through Express Entry, and I received 2 messages at the same time on my express entry profile;

1. Provincial nomination letter
2. Not eligible for express entry

Initially, I had an active express entry profile that met the requirements and my CRS score was 329. Now when I open my express entry profile, the CRS score shows zero (0). At the same time, I tried to accept the Nomination letter, and not possible, but can only see it with an expiring date stated on it.

Please advise me on what could be wrong and what I need to do.

I got information from someone that it was due to the insufficient fund of 25,000CD which I stated for a family of 4, because IRCC recently increased their proof of fund requirements. But as at the time I open my express entry profile and submitted MPNP, the fund was sufficient.

Please any piece of information will go a long way for me.

Hi Mosadarey and All,
Once the profile becomes ineligible, no one can help. A new profile has to be created.
Please don't worry and do not panic, but follow below steps.

Please note, below steps were followed by me as my nomination letter had 4-digit NOC, and it was received after cut-off date of 16-Nov-2022.
If your nomination letter has 5-digit NOC, you can (only) skip step 4.

Steps to follow:
1.
Create new express entry profile, with all updated information like POF, etc. Use new 5-digit NOC as per your profession (NOT 93888) while creating work history. List everything that adds for your CRS.

2. On the question where it asks about provincial nomination, DO NOT select Yes. Select NO.

3. Submit the profile. You will receive NEW:
a. Express entry profile number, and
b. Job seeker validation code

4. If your provincial nomination letter has:
a. 5-digit NOC: please skip this step.
b. 4-digit NOC: then go to your NEW express entry profile, and update NOC under work history to 93888. This NOC is 93888 – PNP Facilitation / PCP Facilitation.
Please submit / transmit the changes on your NEW express entry profile.

5. To verify NEW express entry profile:
Once submitted, please log-off from the IRCC portal, close browser. Open browser again and login to cross check all changes (till this step) have been saved and profile is still eligible or in the pool.

6. As you already have PNP nomination letter, follow the steps listed by province to request re-issue of the nomination letter with NEW Express entry profile number, and Job seeker validation code.
Kindly provide LOE with letter from IRCC as to why new profile was created.
You can attach below 2 letters:
a. Welcome letter from the OLD express entry profile, and letter that mentions your profile is ineligible.
b. Welcome letter from NEW profile, and the one that has NEW Express entry profile number and Job seeker validation code.

In LOE, you can explain that you weren't able to 'Accept' the invite due to some technical issue. provide screenshot if possible. Hence, you created a new profile, and request them to re-issue nomination letter AND provide nomination on new express entry profile.

Different province may have different process. Do check if any other document or step needs to be followed along with step 6 above for your province.
(I read somewhere that only Alberta province doesn't re-issue nomination letter. But, I'm not sure though. Please re-check).

Once province accepts the request, they will re-issue nomination letter and also nominate under NEW express entry profile. You can accept that nomination, and 600 points shall be added soon to your CRS.

Hope this helps.

Please do not thank me, thank God and creator of this forum, that we are able to share solutions. :)

@ryps

Warm Greetings,

Trust you are doing great, I have done as instructed, however, the Province responded that I should contact IRCC directly for my concern.

I also received my Nomination Letter directly from my province (MPNP) and the old express entry profile number and old job seeker code were mentioned in the letter. My question;

1. What do you advise me to do in this case?

2. Should I modify my new express entry profile that I have a nomination to see if the 600 points will reflect since I've been issued the nomination letter directly from the province that nominated me?

Your advice will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Hi Mosadarey,
Actually, I shared the steps I followed, as I tried different steps, and only the (earlier) shared one worked.

I tried below 3 combinations:
1. Profile ineligible combination: when selected PNP nomination -> yes, and new 5-digit NOC
2. Profile ineligible combination: when submitted using PNP 5-digit NOC code (93888)
3. combination that worked:
selected PNP-> No and used new 5-digit NOC, submitted and then updated NOC to 93888. I shared steps for this one in earlier post.

For your query:
1. You can try creating / modifying your profile with any combination you deem useful. I shared the combinations that worked for me, it won't hurt to check different combination for your profile. It'll cost you time, which is still fruitful, if you find something new.

2. I think you should try sharing your issue with province requesting them to issue a new / revised nomination letter as due to technical issue your express entry profile became ineligible. May be you can show them the screenshot that your profile was good to expire say after 4-6 months, but the technical issue it got expired on the day nomination was updated by province. The letters timeline on your old profile can also help, as it'll have those entries (PNP nomination and profile ineligible under one date).

3. You can also try convincing them that you tried but didn't get a timely response from IRCC and request them to issue a new letter. As once profile becomes ineligible it cannot revert.

Until the province provides both: nomination letter with new codes; and, nomination under express entry profile, there's no way 600 points can be added to your CRS. :(

I've shared my experience, seniors can guide and rectify if I missed something.

Hope this helps.
