Dubai, UAE - Does reason of visitor visa (study,work,tourism) impact speed of processing? or even previously approved applications?

Hello all, I am applying from Dubai, UAE - for the Abu Dhabi Office:

I was wondering because I have seen many people upload TRV timelines which were approved relatively quick, I was wondering if that was because it was a visitor visa - for purpose of study because I am certain a tourism visitor visa is not as urgent or quickly processed as a visitor visa - for study or work. Does anyone have input?

Lastly would anyone know if it is a bonus that I already have valid biometrics in the IRCC system as well as two previously approved applications in the last 2 years.

Also if anyone has applied through the Abu Dhabi Office or from the UAE if you could please share your timelines <3

New Processing time is 76 days now
but for my application has finished 80 days
no any updates after 25th may for visitor visa
I have raised web form 2 times, they replied that application under process and we have millions of applications so delay happened

I just like to put it out here that when you apply for TRV or anything don't think the embassy is working on your app it's an AI in Canada that processes everyone's application. and makes a final decision, to approve the visa and ask you to send ur passport to VSF, or reject it and say im not satisfied you will leave at the end of your stay. it's called china hook google it, while the IRCC says no its not doing that, but its true I've seen it, and many lawyers are calling it out.best of luck everyone
