They will send it to your home address if that’s what they said. They wouldn’t send anything to the address you provided in Canada because that’s not your home and you don’t live in Canada otherwise you wouldn’t need a TRV

Is this an extension of your visitor status if you are already in Canada? Did you apply for a visitor record?

So it seems like from what I understand you applied for a visitor visa from outside Canada, although might've mistakenly put inside Canada and that's where they are delivering it to?

If you applied to change conditions that means you are in Canada, and wanting to remain in Canada. So why would apply to that if you don’t have a visa and aren’t in Canada? Why do you have two different applications underway?

No you do not. You submit a TRV application. Do not know what portal you applied through but all you can do is wait for responses. Did you apply for a TRP (5708) too. That is only for people who are inadmissible to Canada.
