I have received my eCoPR on June 13th from Etobicoke and I have not received any update regarding my PR card yet. Anyone know what is the current timeline to get the PR card? I am planning a trip internationally in a few weeks and hoping this card will be delivered before that. Any contact details to talk to IRCC would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

How did you get the number to call? From google? How much was the wait time?

Apparently you need to call IRCC, because 1 month later the phone support claims that they missed the address, despite that I sent it via webform on 20-Jun and they acknowledged adding it to the file on 23-Jun (also visible on Suivi tracker as update) and via fax on 25-Jun.

So for those waiting for first PR card - calling is a must and don’t wait 28 days until calling. I got 30 days and apparently nobody did anything on my file.

Here is what I have been suggesting to track your cards -

1. Link pr card using steps here - https://askkubeir.com/pr-card-application/ OR
2. Call IRCC at 1 (888) 242-2100 . When you call IRCC, It will ask you for the UCI , press 2 i.e. no UCI available and then as soon as the message for AF and UK refugees start playing press 3 3 0 in quick succession you will be able to reach them. The real deal is - don't wait to hear out the refugee messages .Once you get hold of an agent, ask for your PR card application number ( it starts with letter "R"). You can go to step 1 and link your card application

There’s a phone number on their website and people posted instructions throughout this blog. If you’re in Canada you can leave call back number if you don’t wanna wait on line. They’ve called me 25 min after. But call early, at 8-8:30, later is impossible to get through

PR Card: No update as of today (28 days passed)

While my EE application was in process, i used to dial 2,1,2,0 to get through, but I tried today and it went through to the victims of domestic abuse line, so the options have changed. But 3,3,0 for the PR card works wonders!

Hi,
I got an update on my PR portal photo review. it's showing (Case status: Closed and accepted
Your case has been accepted and your account will now be closed. After 30 days of inactivity, your account and all information will be removed from this portal. Please download your electronic confirmation of permanent residence (eCoPR) and store it safely for future personal use.
). When i clicked on the "closed and accepted" button photo option is still available for add/edit. Is there anything i have to do it here?
