I have skill work experience in NOC B for almost 2 years but gaps in between.

Employment dates:

25 July 2017 - 18 April 2018
17 May 2018 - 21 June 2018
25 June 2018 - 19 December 2018
10 Aug 2019 - 25 September 2019
5 Nov 2019 - 25 April 2020

Do I have a shot with these dates of employment in 67 point immigration programme?

The short answer is no.

You need to have one year of continuous work experience in a single profession to qualify. You don't meet this requirement due to the gaps in your work experience. So you don't qualify for the program.
