I have a question regarding traveling while applying for PR.
Currently, my work permit visa is valid until 2025. I am wondering if my visa would still be valid for traveling outside Canada if I receive the (COPR) just before my intended travel.

November 4, 2022 - PR applied (Online)
January 10, 2023 - PR application returned due missing document
February 17, 2023 - Re-applied the PR (online)
March 21 AOR
July 12th MP (old used)
July 13th ADR ( Annex A, Employement letter both updated) submitted same day
Anyone in the same situation ?

I had two Application/Profile updated message when checking the GC key account today.We're alomst in the same timelinelets keep sharing updates here
Background check first got updated to "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check." from Not Applicable.
After an hour or so it is "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."
I am assuming this would be the security check and the next email would be for either pre arrival or portal if no issues with the documents.

AOR in March
ADR for Schedule A and Emp. reference letter on July 12, submitted on the same day.
Today I got my Pre Arrival Services letter.
Applied online AIP PR on 23 June
Application returned on 17 July, cant see any reason as they have marked everything as incomplete, however, every single thing is completed, applied through a representative. What might be the reason for return, any idea?
