Research start up visa or provincial entrepreneur PNP. You will need an incubator to support start up visa or extensive capital and net worth, business plan and show you will hire Canadians to support economic growth for PNP.I am from Pakistan and expert in IT regarding QuickBooks Accounting Software, Digital Marketing and Amazon I have already registered a firm in Pakistan may I open a branch office in Canada.? Can’t tell you about cost. Pick a province and research the entrepreneur PNP program. It will outline what your net work will be and how you must invest in your business. For example for Ontario, you must have a networth of at least $400k and invest half of that money in your business. That is just the investment costs, not all the application fees, lawyer/accounting fees etc. You need to research it on your own. Your company must give significant benefit to the Canadian economy. Thanks for your response.
Would you please inform me about the total cost etc..,?
I heard from one of my immediate friend as he told me 5000 CAD is enough for IT business registration. Can’t tell you about cost. Pick a province and research the entrepreneur PNP program. That is to register a business but you cannot work in Canada without going through one of the programs. If you want someone who is a citizen or PR to run the business in Canada, you can do that but you cannot live or work in Canada.I heard from one of my immediate friend as he told me 5000 CAD is enough for IT business registration.
Thanks a lot. I got it. If my brother is doing a job and he is PR holder so can I make him owner of that business and can he issue LMIA or work permit for me..?That is to register a business but you cannot work in Canada without going through one of the programs. So he is setting up a business? His business would have to meet all eligibility requirements and be established. Then he has to complete a hiring process and show that no one in Canada can do the job. What is the NOC? So no one in Canada has experience with quick books, digital marketing etc. Given you are his brother chances of a LMIA are slim. Thanks a lot. I got it. One more question. One of my immediate friends told me that if you have a registered IT company in your home country then you can register a branch in Canada and after your arrival on visit visa you will be issued Work permit for 2 years at the airport. Is it true..?Ok got it.. perfectly.
Of course not. If that was possible tens of thousands of people would be doing that. One more question.
