Normally you need to be on a drug regimen and have an undetectable viral level first. Then your application will be assessed based on cost of medical care, etc. Will somewhat depend on where you are going to work and whether you’ll be able to access medication. Canada doesn’t have a national pharmacare program so the ability to access medication and the cost of medication will be considered.

i did read it, it says that a "responsible" physician does provide post test counselling.
