I have two overlapping entries in my personal history section: one for my studies and one for my part time work. Not a problem as long as you meet the criteria in you SP about studying and working.

My work and study experience is overlapping from India and and not from Canada.

Yes, study permit.

If your study and work experience is in home country, the less of an issue. Just put a separate entry for each one.
