Renewal of Passport after COPR Received

If anyone could help me with this please, I wud be really thankful.
I have COPR and PR Visa, which will expire in May 2024, and my passport will expire in 2026 Feb. Now, I want to Renew because I might not be able to come to India to renew it after 3 years. So rather I should just do it now.
So, in that Case, wud I be required to notify IRCC and high commission of my new passport before or after Applying ? Wud PR Visa and COPR be issued again on my new passport, and if so, what wud be the procedure ? Wud there be a delay or extra efforts from my end ?

Please if anyone cud help me with this, I literally have no idea how to proceed with this.

You cannot renew your passport so early (in 2023). You can only renew within 1 year of its expiry.
