Does anyone have experience One of the member does not receive the test invitation, and only others get? I filed an online application for my wife and me; we got the AOR on the same date. On my account, background verification is completed, and I received the test invitation today. In my wife's account, nothing has been completed. All in progress. Is this normal?

ok, so I tried to login into my test again just to see what message it would give me. It says, YOU CAN'T TAKE THE TEST RIGHT NOW. Wondering if it is because I took it already or because it's invalid. Sorry I'm panicking cuz I never got the invitation but I was able to take it in my test window

Hello everyone, my wife and I had applied as a family. Both of us got a ghost update in our accounts yesterday. Today, I can see that my background is completed but my wife's is still in progress. Has anyone encountered such a scenario - I understand that it is too soon and I should give it a day or so. But just wanted to check.

@Shiva91 , I spoke with the agent this afternoon and she said there was test invite in my profile yet, and no cancellation too and added that it was a technical error.

ok, so I tried to login into my test again just to see what message it would give me. It says, YOU CAN'T TAKE THE TEST RIGHT NOW. Wondering if it is because I took it already or because it's invalid. Sorry I'm panicking cuz I never got the invitation but I was able to take it in my test window

My situation is similar. BG was completed on Jun 29, 2023, and I haven't heard from them since.

I am in the same boat as you. Fingerprints requested and submitted June 26. Nothing since then and the tracker doesn't reflect anything to do with fingerprints. Several ghost updates though!

When I talked to them yesterday
They said you can’t take the test without email invitation!! So I don’t know how you did but I was being told that I have to wait for another invitation!!
