Which Forms are Required for Submission for Super Visa

Hi all, just checking about all the forms that need to be submitted before i finally hit the "submit" button for Super Visa application for my Father-in-Law and Mother-in-Law legally married to each other in Bangladesh for 40 years. Me and my wife are both showing our Notice of Assessment. I am submitting below forms:
1. Main Application Form : Form# IMM 5257
2. Family Information : Form# IMM5707
3. Document Checklist: Form# IMM5484
4. Medical insurance
5. Invitation Letter
6 - Question: Do i need to submit anything else? Becasuse they are my in-laws and both me and my spouse are showing income to meet LICO, is there a special "Co-sign Form" that we have to submit?

May I know co-signer need to complete other form or only co -sign the invitation letter?thanks
