I applied for Temporary residence visa last year. I got passport request in May this year and my visa was stamped. I tried to travel to canada and I was denied boarding. And told to raise Web form and when I did my application changed from closed to in process. the document number and expiry date disappeared . Eligibility completed background check in progress.
I don't know what's the meaning of it.
Who has any idea?

Because there was a similar case of such that someone reported, I think from Kenya. He said he wanted to board Lufthansa and he was not allowed to get on board because they were asking him to show us document status details on his tracker.
And then he went ahead and board another airline and departed for Canada.
