Last update was on June 9 - everything complete except Oath was not started. It still says not started. Anyone got idea how long does it take? My application is online, and processing office is Niagara.

My file was with Niagara, but i called IRCC and found out that it was transferred to Mississauga 3 months ago. Am also green waiting for oath invite.

called the cic centre to know the status of my file, as per call centre my file is still in sydney nova scotia and not been transfered to any visa officer, is there anything i can do at my end to expedite?

Unfortunately CPC Sydney (a.k.a RC-8090) is slow. You'll need to hang tight or if you are eligible for Urgent Processing, you may apply

Look at when the GCMS notes were generated... It should be on the bottom left of every page. It's possible that the notes were generated before the interview... You could also request GCMS notes again

Did you try emailing the oath scheduling email address for your processing office?

Where do I find that email address? Oath ceremony says Not started on tracker so I don't see any details there.

Ah ok. Did they tell you why was it transferred? May be workload balancing! Hopefully I'll get oath invite soon because my US visa expires soon and then I have to travel to US on expired H1B until I get Canadian passport and get new visa on it (Getting new visa now on Indian passport isn't worth it because I'll be surrendering my passport after becoming citizen and with Indian passport I'd have to go via embassy whereas with Canadian passport visa is issued at the border itself)

Based on your test invite email address you can find the office and search this forum and you will find the oath scheduling email address for that office.

Thanks! I just emailed them to ask if they can schedule my ceremony soon. It's frushtrating because my application is in complete step for over a month now except ceremony is still not started.

So its a month since my LPP is "completed" (green)
and Citizenship ceremony is "not started" (grey). (last update on 13 June)
should i call them or get my gcms notes? or should i wait some more?

Are you sure yours is still with NGF office? A lot of them got transferred to Mississauga.
