The warmest greetings to friends and experts,

Briefly about my current situation:

I have applied to Express Entry - Federal Skilled Worker stream online, and I have received the ITA, and the Request Letter from IRCC (I guess that's PPR step ?). In the Request Letter, there is an option that indicates like this:
"B) If you are currently in Canada, you are not required to submit your passport and will be landed virtually. Please advise our office via webform within 5 days of receipt of this letter if you and/or any of your dependents are in Canada. Please include each person’s name/UCI and where they are currently staying/residing (in Canada or overseas)."
Given my situation that I am currently in Canada visiting siblings at the moment of receipt of this letter, so I did as instructed, I informed IRCC via webform with my current address (which is in Calgary by the way). I also called the IRCC to make sure they changed my address (they confirmed that they see latest updated address on their screen).

So my questions regarding next steps are as follows:
1) Do I need to send IRCC my documents (including photocopies of passports, photos, copy of the PPR letter) to Visa Office in Calgary? or do I patiently wait for the portal email now that I am in Canada ?
2) If I receive the portal email from IRCC and confirm my address in Canada and all, does that mean I have been landed virtually ?
3) How long does it take from no.2 to receive e-COPR or COPR (paper)?

I highly appreciate all of your support.

Sincerely,
Joseph Le

Hi Taran D,

Thanks so much for replying to me.

So that means now I do not need to submit or do anything. I just need to wait for the portal email.

Do you have any ideas how long that will take, by any chance?

No worries.
Yes just wait.
As of recent times it can vary from a week to a month. Keep checking your email and most importantly spam as well. All the best.

Thank you so much, Taran D.

I just hope now that my contact details have been changed. The Portal Email will appear in my inbox soon, I really need the e-COPR asap.
