Discrepancy between the NOC added by the Client for PnP stream

Hi everyone,

I got an ITA under BC post-graduate PnP (without a job offer needed) and submitted my application on Express Entry. I recently received the GCMS note that wrote:

"Discrepancy between the NOC added by the Client, NOC 2141 and the NOC as per PN Certificate/Spreadsheet, NOC9914"

I search the NOC9914 but it is not found in the CIC system. Will this have any impact on my PR application and should I request a new job description of my previous job?

NOC 9914 must be the placeholder NOC that PNP uses for 'no work experience required' categories. So the important lesson here is, don't order your GCMS notes.

Thank you for your comment. Can you explain why we shouldn't order the GCMS notes?

Since you asked. They rarely add value to your life because they don't tell you anything that makes a material difference - for example, when is the damn thing going to be issued? The notations are 99% meaningless to outsiders therefore causing unnecessary anxiety. The only reason I think one should order GCMS notes is to find out why an application was refused and how to make a better application the next time. Using them as a progress is meshugge.

Yeah, I got PR. There is nothing to worry about that, just need to wait for the decision made.

Last time it was slightly above 4 months for me.
