I am having thesame problem. I checked yesterday and it said my application has been withdrawn. I really want to know if I can reapply immediately.

Please I'm Georgina Nyarko Otchere, my application was withdrawn on the 8th of April, 2024 because I did not provide province attestation and it was stated in the letter that my application fees will be refunded in 6 to 8 weeks but haven't received it yet.
