This is not IRCC website and also you have to register on IRRC portal website and they will ask you to enter your email address and IRCC will send you the invite code, nobody from this can’t.

The ircc portal is currently down and not letting any one with existing account to login either. It will be better to wait for 24 hours until the resolve the issue
am currently in the USA with an expired visa on my passport. However, I do possess a valid I-797 or I-94 document. I am now in the process of filling out the Canada immigration application, and they are asking for visa details. I would like to seek your guidance on what I should fill in the Visa details section. Should I enter my valid I-797 or should I provide information about my previously expired visa?
