@Josh_dan & @Mickey55555 thanks for your help.

I just confirmed, my primary-VO is RROC as well ... RROC Boys assemble !!! I guess :D

Thanks for sharing the link Josh, you can count +1 complaint from me as well.

===========================================================================

AOR - 15 April
MEDICALS - 4 MAY
BACKGROUND - 31 MAY
All stages completed 31 May
No update after that
All of you are requested to raise the issue of RROC not processing files on the complaint link and I wouldnt be surprised if we get to know they are understaffed as RROC is a temporary ad hoc virtual office created during covid to fast track applications.

Thought as much! Your complaint is very much appreciated. Have your or any other RROC folk received GCMS notes yet?
It'll be 4 weeks since i requested them next week so expecting it to come through soon. I don't know if it'll have any useful information but someone has suggested taking a screenshot of GCMS notes and attaching that to a webform to prompt some action.

I ordered gcms notes on 28th June. The site I ordered them from had sent confirmation and a message - not to contact them for gcms notes unless its 40 days post request.

I asked the agent if my file was at RROC under PACE review. She said she can just see the status as under processing. I guess only GCMS notes display exact status.

Oh is it 40 days now? Thought it was 30. More waiting I guess.

And yeah, they don't like to be specific on phone calls or maybe they can't even access that information, who knows?! Just need to hold tight for the notes if there's no update before it arrives.

I called IRCC and was told my app is all passed but still in processing, and my visa office is Ottawa. Looking at the website (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/contact-ircc/offices.html) it says apps go there once they're deemed complete. Hoping I get the COPR and PPR soon.

For those who will ask:
Tracker - all passed since June 20
MEP/BIL - May 26
AOR - April 28
Ottawa also delayed some people's COPR and PPR, though some got immediate COPR and PPR after all was complete. But they typically finalize within 1 month, not like RROC. So I believe you can rest assured and wait. RROC is more uncertain since they seem just halting all processing, and no one knows when they will resume.

Fingers crossed! I will update you guys if/when it happens. Hoping RROC gets its act together for all of you as well.

Still there, still no news. 45 days after all completed ...
Hang in there mate, I'm at 36 days now. If all our files are forming some sort of queue at RROC you can rest assured you're probably right at the top to be processed first as soon as they decide to do some work.

This is based on the last PPR RROC issued as being around May 15th I think.

My friend had CPC Ottawa and got PPR the very next day after everything was completed on tracker. This was last month on June 29.
