Could the back-to-back draws be a reason for the delay in many applications?

Actually no
The files that are in processing are at final stages and are being held up for God knows what reason. Any new draw shouldnt affect files at final stages.
Oh okay! Although that would have been a good explanation to keep anxiety at bay, at least for some time. :D

I know right? Nobody seems to know much about this so called VO, it's not even a conventional VO but some sort of ad-hoc based virtual team formed during Covid times.

As of last year they used to send multiple ADRs to people and then issue PPR in a predictable manner. But this year random applications which are all completed are getting sent to this void for no reason, after which there is complete silence for weeks/months. Very mysterious indeed.
I had my all stages passed at 31st May. No PPR yet, I'll call IRCC on Monday to get my VO. Can you please confirm is this the number to call? -> 1-888-242-2100

Yup its the number. Call at 8am Ontario time to get connected. If you are outlander use fongoworld app. I had all stages completed on 29 may. If your VO is RROC do ask the agent what might be causing delay as other Vo are giving PPR to people who had submitted files much later than us.

Hey

Does anyone knows this- If during processing of express entry file the police check certificate expires, do they ask for a new one? My police checks certificates are from Dec 2022 and AOR date is 28 march and the certificates are expired by now but all checks were completed on 29 May, before the certificates expired.

Same here, Kubeir (youtube guy) suggests to update them yourself. But, I'll wait for IRCC to ask me for an updated one, I've moved a lot so it's quite a hassle for me to get new police certificates.

Did you get any positive reply from IRCC after you called them?

Hey all, called IRCC today and found out my file is still stuck at RROC with no final decision update. The agent initially said he can't do anything or add any notes about a delay to the file until it passes the 6 month timeframe.

I ended up telling him that a lot of us have been stuck without a final decision specifically at RROC, while May AORs are getting PPR in 45 days and all other VOs are pretty active. He emailed me a link to submit a feedback form which I can use to raise a complaint against RROC which I'm going to do soon. Don't know if it's going to help or not but might as well.

A few people have asked for the link so here it is everyone. There are at least 20+ people in our situation so if we can get a bunch of complaints against RROC, it could get us somewhere.

I am in the same boat. Called IRCC today, got the exact same response. Same VO and stuff.
By using your link, I have sent in a complaint as well.I hope they do something about it promptly.
