PR renewal question: time spent outside of Canada

Hi there,
i'm currently filling out the form to renew my PR card, and I'm wondering about the "time spent outside of Canada" section. Is it still required to list all of your time spent outside of canada? the only reason I ask is because in section 7 on page 3, you can check mark to consent to "disclose my history of entries into canada". this is my first time renewing the card, and most of my travel over the last 5 years has been to the states and I don't have any date stamps in my passport to remind me of when I went. I will certainly be keeping a proper log over the next 5 years! any guidance is much appreciated, thank you!

You must list all absences from Canada for the 5 year period that precedes the date that you sign and date the application.

While most people do check the consent box for IRCC to obtain info from CBSA, YOU still have to provide the dates in the application...which makes it near impossible if you have not kept accurate travel history records. You can always order your CBSA records before filling out the application, but even then you may not see`exit' records, only entry records. You would make an ATIP request through CBSA for your travel records.

If you are not a U.S. citizen, you can also obtain your travel records from CBP (i-94 record).

So, my ECAS shows that a decision has already been made, but when I login to my IRCC account and check my permanent residence application, it says that a decision has not been made, so I don't know what's going on here.

Can someone explain?
