Express entry invitation via health care worker stream

Hi recently received invitation from express entry healthcare worker stream. My pnp non express entry file is on going and its been 7 months now . I received aor and 1 adr .on site process time for express entry showing 4 months under cec category. I am bit confused as such i had already invested my time in pnp non express entry file. Any one here facing this situation . Also i need to know if i can keep both file running parallel and withdraw once i get final decision in one of the file? . Need help. Thankyou in advance
