Hello everyone! I'm trying to contact IRCC at 888-242-2100. However, after entering all the requested information and listening to the message about the status of my application, I ask to speak with an agent in option 0 and I hear a message that it is not possible to transfer to an agent due to the high volume of calls. And asks me to try later. Is this the normal flow or is there a shortcut to talk to an agent? Is there a key sequence indicated?

I check my status on this website https://ircc-tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/ and it seems a bit different from what my consultant shows me thru GCkey. On the tracker, background verification in progress and eligibility not started.
However on GCkey, eligibility: we are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements, and background check: your application is in process. We will send you message when we start your background check.
Which one is the most accurate? Thank you

Most accurate is your tracker. GCkey is never accurate. Even if your eligibility started or passed GCKey will still show checking your eligibility.
