Wow, that's great, you're very lucky . Working and living in Canada has always been my dream and my family's, but we're not as lucky as you are, finding a job/employer that would/willing to sponsor us seems so hard...but I'll keep looking, for me and my family's sake.
Thank you very much and really enjoying my time with my family here in Canada , keep struggling one day you will be successful. Good luck

You're most welcome, and yes I will keep looking for I'm sure I will find it someday. If you don't mind and if you know the company you work in, is opening a job vacancy, maybe you could inform me via this chat, who knows for I might fit in the vacancy, and you'll be helping me a lot. Thank you in advance. :)

If you look for a job in farm, job offer will be similar with Destination1. However, you have to pay for application fees for visa. What kind of accommodation and work conditions don't expect too much.

Sorry to say, for the visa fee, employer responsibility, if someone asking to pay it’s mean it’s scam.
Who apply for visa? What name on the visa? Who is applicant? If your employer is your representative who is RCIC member, and you expect them do all paper works for you + pay all application fee. Too good to be true, it will be a scam as well.
